At Enigma, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Each piece is made with care and intention. However, if you face any issues, we’re here to help.

🛍️ Returns & Exchanges
• We currently only offer exchanges in case of:
• Wrong size delivered
• Wrong product received
• Damaged item on delivery
• To be eligible for an exchange:
• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags
• You must raise the request within 3 days of delivery

💳 Refunds
• We do not offer refunds at this time.
• In case of a valid return, we will issue a store credit or replacement.

• Order ID
• Issue faced
• Photos (if applicable)

We’ll get back to you within 24–48 hours.
